These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Flower Focus mobile application (“App”) operated by Amplified Software International S.R.L. (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2.1 License
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App on your personal device in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2.3 Accounts and Access
You may create an account via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it. Do not share your account.

2.4 Acceptable Use
You must not use the App for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to access systems or accounts without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3.1 Free Trial and Subscriptions
The App offers a free trial of premium features. After the trial, you may be asked to subscribe. Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s in‑app purchase system and governed by Apple’s policies.

3.2 Cancellation
You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

3.3 Pricing Changes
We may change subscription prices or add new paid features. If changes are material, we will notify you where practicable.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

5.1 App Ownership
All rights in the App (including design, code, and branding) belong to Amplified Software International S.R.L. You may not reverse‑engineer, copy, or resell the App.

5.2 Your Content License
You grant us a non‑exclusive license to use, store, and display your content solely to operate and improve the App.

6.1 As‑Is Use
The App is provided “as‑is” and “as‑available.” We do not guarantee that it will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or secure.

6.2 No Productivity Guarantee
We do not guarantee that using the App will improve your focus, productivity, or habits.

6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

7.1 By You
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via your Apple account settings.

7.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if the App is discontinued. We will try to notify you where feasible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in‑app notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

9.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

9.2 Disputes
Disputes will first be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, they may be brought before the competent courts in Iași, Romania.

10.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy together form the full agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.

10.2 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a right does not mean we waive that right.

10.3 Severability
If any provision is invalid, the others remain in effect.
